Original, provocative and exceptionally prolific – Baptiste is already being hailed as one of the most exciting acts to break in years. The London born stand up made comedy history in 2014 as the first black British act to be nominated for a Comedy Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

He had incredible success with his debut stand up show Citizen Dane, completing two sold out runs at London’s Soho Theatre (with additional dates added due to phenomenal demand). He has since written and starred in his own BBC sitcom series and made numerous other TV and radio appearances. His second stand up show Reasonable Doubts was met with sold out audiences and huge critical acclaim at the 2015 Edinburgh Fringe, with his first nationwide solo tour following in 2016. In 2017, he presented his third stand up hour G.O.D. (Gold. Oil. Drugs.) about our worldwide pursuit of wealth, power and pleasure which achieved another total sell out run.

Credits include hosting Live at the Apollo (BBC Two), Tonight at the London Palladium(ITV1), Mock the Week (BBC Two), Live from the BBC (BBC Two), 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4)
and his own BBC sitcom, Sunny D

TIM RENKOW

Tim is a talented stand-up comedian, writer and actor.

He moved to London from the United States at the age of 22 to study creative writing and promptly started performing stand-up comedy, through which he found a platform to display his unique point of view. His critically-acclaimed one man shows, AT LEAST HELL HAS RAMPS and KIM JONG-UN, MUHAMMAD, JESUS AND OTHER POWER HUNGRY MANIACS, earned him the Leicester Square Best Newcomer Award, The Amused Moose Comedy Award and a Chortle Best Newcomer nomination.

In 2015 Tim wrote and starred in BBC short film A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIM. It was shown on BBC One and BBC Three in 2016 and developed with Roughcut as full series JERK, which is due to be released on BBC Three in Spring 2019. Tim is also known for his role in Viceland hit comedy series BOBBY AND HARRIET GET MARRIED which was re-released on Comedy Central UK in Autumn 2018.

Following a knock out run at Edinburgh Fringe 2018 Tim’s new live show TIM RENKOW TRIES TO PUNCH DOWN is coming to Soho Theatre for limited dates this April.

EDD HEDGES

With an incredibly endearing stage presence, Essex-boy, Edd Hedges, has a natural affinity with an audience and since winning So You Think You’re Funny in 2013 his career has skyrocketed. Being a runner-up in subsequent finals of Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year and Piccadilly Comedy Club New Comedian of the Year, Edd went on to feature in Montreal’s Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, Just The Tonic’s Big Value Show (Edinburgh 2014) and the Machynlleth Comedy Festival which also marked his radio debut on Radio 4 Extra’s Comedy Club with Arthur Smith.

Taking the UK circuit by storm, Edd can also be seen performing his unique style of ridiculous anecdotes in various comedy clubs such as The 99 Club, Jongleurs, Komedia and the family-friendly show, Comedy Club 4 Kids.

At only 22, Edd appears to be older and wiser than his years and has all the hallmarks of a very promising career.
