allan-finneganALLAN FINNEGAN – Allan will be replaced by Ian Macdonald at this occasion, please see bottom of the page:

WINNER: HOT WATER COMEDIAN OF THE YEAR 2016Allan is a baptist minister based in the Bootle area of Liverpool.

A Mersey baptist minister found the perfect way to deal with church hecklers – he became a stand-up comedian.

Allan admits he has occasionally had to deal with the odd heckler interrupting his services.

But those hecklers should thing again as Allan is now leaving audiences in stitches as a stand-up comedian.

“A bad priest but a great act”
– Binty Blair – Hot Water Comedy Club

“Hugely promising comedian with a unique background”
– Sam Avery

*Please note: Acts can be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control but we will endeavour to find a replacement act of equal merit.

ian_macdonaldDear guest, please be aware there is a slight lineup change for this Saturday’s Rolling in the Aisles Comedy Club Night, instead of Allan Finnegan, Kettering Arts Centre is pleased to announce Ian Macdonald will replace Allan as our middle act.

About Ian:
Ian Macdonald has been gigging since 2014 ever since he made 400 vicars laugh (at the same time!) and realized that Stand Up Comedy was the mid-life crisis he was searching for. Delivering his own brand of cheerful incredulity, he has been described as ‘warm,’ ‘very very funny’ and ‘full of heart.’
