EMPYRE will be playing all the songs from their acoustic album ‘The Other Side’.
In the past few years EMPYRE have performed acoustic sets before rock legends Eagles, Shinedown and Alter Bridge at Arena Birmingham and been one of very few rock acts to be featured on ‘Whispering’ Bob Harris’ “Under The Apple Tree” Sessions.
Guitar World say “EMPYRE have become masters at taking the formula for British atmospheric rock and infusing it with their arena-ready signature sound. They’ve also been described as the love-child of Pink Floyd and Soundgarden.
They have won Classic Rock Magazine’s track of the week on 3 occasions, with the singles My Bad, Drive (Acoustic) and Only Way Out (Piano Acoustic).
Main support comes from WOLF MOON. Performing as an acoustic duo. If you haven’t experienced them before think Lindsay Buckingham meets Jimi Hendrix with the vocals of Heart.
Opening the evening is the energetic DANIEL BUTTERWORTH with his original take on classic covers.
